Ramsay Hunt syndrome ( RHS) is a polineuropathy  which occurs in any time after  a primary infection of varicella Zoster  virus (VZV). It is a rarely manifestation of VZV, but it is usually more common  with aging or immuncomprimised conditions. In this paper we present a case report of RHS involving facial and vestibulocochlear nerves after vaccination with inactive influenza vaccine.
